You can change caller id free just by using Twitter and Facebook.

Bluff My call has an offer where if you become their Facebook friend you can get free caller id spoofing minutes so you can change caller id.

This is one of the many ways you can disguise your caller id and make any number you want appear on a caller id while making it look like you are calling from a different phone.
